Eligibility: Giveaway is open to individuals 18 or older who had online access
on or before March 2, 2009 at time of entry. Employees of BRS Media, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries,
advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates,
distributors, dealers and agents (collectively “BRS Media Inc. and its
agents”) and the immediate family members and persons living in same household
of each are not eligible.
To enter: Beginning March 20, 2009 at 12:00:01 AM PDT, 1) log onto www.idotz.net,
click on Sign In or Sign Up, update your "profile" to include your Twitter User
Name. 2) log onto www.twitter.com, sign
in (or) sign up for a free twitter account, go to http://twitter.idotz.net (or) http://twitter.com/idotz, and click on the "Follow" button.
Incomplete entries are not eligible. Limit one entry per person, per email. In the event of a
dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will
be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is
registered on the date the entry is submitted. BRS Media, Inc. and its agents
are not responsible for undelivered, lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or
incomplete entries or for technical problems related to, or limiting the ability
of an individual to participate in the Giveaway. All entries become the property
of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Drawing: Potential winners will be selected in a random by BRS Media, Inc., the judge of the Giveaway, whose decisions
are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in
disqualification, and an alternate entrant will be selected. Each follower can
win only one domain per day.
Prizes: One Year Registration of a One New
.COM or .NET or .ORG or .INFO or .BIZ or .US domain (ARV: $8.95 U.S.).
If any prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in the minor's name to
his/her parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required documents. No cash
redemptions or prize substitutions allowed except at the Sponsor's sole
discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. All
federal, state, provincial and local taxes and expenses related to the
acceptance and use of the prizes are the responsibility of winners (or the
winners' parents or legal guardians if winners are minors).

General Conditions: Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California,
with venue in the City and County of San Francisco, California, and all claims
must be resolved in the state or federal courts of the City and County of San
Francisco, California. By entering, entrants agree: (a) to be bound by the
Official Rules, the decisions of the judge, and Sponsor's Privacy Policy 1; (b)
to release and hold harmless BRS Media, Inc. or BRS Media, Inc. and its
agents from any and all liability, injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising
from their participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use/misuse of any
prize; and (c) to be contacted by Sponsor via e-mail. By accepting prizes,
winners consent to the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and
promotional purposes without additional compensation (except if winners are
residents of TN or where prohibited by law). If for any reason the Giveaway is
not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other
causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness,
integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, at
its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who
tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Giveaway, and select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to the
termination or modification.
Internet: BRS Media, Inc. and its agents are not responsible for any problems
or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online
systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any
email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic
congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof,
including any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer
or other property related to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway,
accessing, transmitting or downloading any materials from the Giveaway Web site,
or accessing any links on the Giveaway Web site.
Winners' List: For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped
envelope to: "IDOTZ.NET TWEET BACK 2 WIN"
Winners' List Request, c/o BRS Media, Inc. 588 Sutter St. #129 San Francisco
CA, 94102-1102, to be postmarked on or before May 31, 2009 and received by
June 10, 2009.
NOTE: Please allow 24 hours for the credit to be appear under
your account. You will see the credit listed under your Profile. At that
time, you can use your credit for any One Year New Domain Registration. Just
check the Credit on the Cart Billing Page and Complete the order. The credit
will be deducted from your total bill.
